Day 01: Arrival – Delhi
Welcome to New Delhi, India. On arrival at Delhi Airport, Colorful Rajasthan Tours representative will receive you with warm welcome and transfer you to the designated hotel. Wash, change and relax. Enjoy welcome dinner at hotel restaurant. Stay for night in luxury cozy bed at hotel.
Day 02: Delhi
Enjoy guided sightseeing tour of Delhi after having breakfast at the hotel. Major attractions include Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, India Gate, Old Fort, National Zoological Park, Birla Temple, Lotus Temple, Akshardham Swami Narayan Temple, etc. In time return back to hotel. Have dinner and stay for night in luxury cozy bed at hotel.
Day 03: Delhi – Jaipur
Drive to Jaipur – the Pink City of India – after hearty breakfast at the hotel. On arrival in Jaipur, you will be transferred to your pre-booked hotel by Colorful Rajasthan Tours representative. Wash, change and relax. Spend rest of the day at leisure. Attend Aarati ceremony held at famous Birla Temple. Later in the evening stroll in the colorful local bustling bazaars famous for handicrafts and gems. Have dinner and stay for night in luxury cozy bed at hotel.
Day 04: Jaipur
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. Afterwards, proceed on Jaipur city tour. Major attractions include Amber Fort (elephant ride), Nahargarh Fort, Jaigarh Fort, Jal Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar Observatory, Rambagh Palace, Hawa Mahal (the Palace of Winds), Ramniwas Gardens, Jaipur Zoo, Albert Hall Museum, etc. In the evening explore local bazaars famous for gems and handicrafts. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 05: Jaipur – Agra
Enjoy delicious breakfast at the hotel and then drive to Agra. On the way you will visit famous Buland Darwaza, Jodha Bai Palace, Panch Mahal and Salim Chisti Tomb at Fatehpur Sikri town – a world heritage site declared by UNESCO. On arrival at Agra, check-in at your pre-booked hotel by Colorful Rajasthan Tours. Freshen up and relax. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 06: Agra – Varanasi
In the morning, take a battery van ride to the Taj Complex. Visit the magnificent Taj Mahal at sunrise. Taj Mahal is India’s star tourist attraction and UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Built in milky white marble, it was built by mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the affectionate remembrance of his most sweetheart wife, Mumtaz Mahal. It is also called the Symbol of Love. After breakfast at the hotel, visit Agra Fort and Itmad-Ud-Daullah (Baby Taj). In time you will be transferred to Railway Station to board overnight train for Varanasi. Dinner will be served on board the train.
Day 07: Arrival in Varanasi – Excursion to Sarnath
On arrival at Varanasi this morning, Colorful Rajasthan Tours representative will transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. Change, wash and have your breakfast. Relax. Later take excursion to Sarnath to visit Buddhist Stupas and Sarnath Archaeological Museum. Dinner and overnight will be at the hotel in Varanasi.
Day 08: Varanasi
Enjoy early morning boat ride on Ganges Rivers – India’s most sacred river. See ancient cultural traditions of India. After breakfast at the hotel proceed on guided sightseeing tour of Varanasi covering Vishwanath Temple, Bharat Mata Temple, Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Temple, Benaras Hindu University, etc. Dinner and overnight will be at the hotel.
Day 09: Varanasi – Delhi - Onward Destination
Colorful Rajasthan Tours representative will transfer you to Varanasi Airport on time where you will flight for Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, you will be transferred to the hotel. Change, wash and relax. Finish your last minute shopping. After farewell dinner, you will be transferred to New Delhi International Airport on time. Take flight back to your home / onward destination with sweet memories of golden triangle tours with Ganges.
