Day 01: Arrival in New Delhi
A representative from Colorful Rajasthan Tours will receive you from New Delhi International Airport and transfer you to the prearranged hotel. Dinner & overnight will be at the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi
Enjoy full day sightseeing tour of Delhi after hearty breakfast at the hotel. Sightseeing tour in Delhi includes visits of historical & religious monuments, monuments of national monuments, modern buildings, and others. Major attractions in Delhi include Red Fort, Qutub Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, Jama Masjid, Rajghat, India Gate, President House, Parliament House, Lotus Temple, Birla Temple, Akshardham Temple, National Museum, Rail Museum, Old Fort, New Delhi National Zoological Park, etc. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 03: Delhi – Mandawa
Take your breakfast at the hotel and then drive to Mandawa known for frescoed havelis. Mandawa is a beautiful town located in Shekhawati region of Rajasthan. Upon arrival at Mandawa, Colorful Rajasthan Tours representative will transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. Relax. Later, explore the famous havelis of Mandawa and see beautiful paintings, frescos and murals. Also visit the magnificent Fort Mandawa Castle. Dinner and overnight will be at the hotel.
Day 04: Mandawa – Bikaner
After hearty breakfast at the hotel, drive to Bikaner famed as Camel Country. Located at the edge of the vast Thar Desert, Bikaner is a beautiful city and great place to visit in Rajasthan. Upon arrival in Bikaner, you will be transferred to the prearranged hotel. Relax. Later proceed for sightseeing tour of Bikaner with visits of Junagarh Fort, Lalgarh Palace, Laxmi Niwas Palace and Camel Breeding Farm & Research Centre. Dinner and overnight will be at the hotel.
Day 05: Bikaner – Jaisalmer
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Jaisalmer. Located in the heart of the Thar Desert, Jaisalmer is a beautiful city and wonderful tourist place to visit in Rajasthan. It is lovingly known as the Golden City of India. Upon arrival in Jaisalmer, you would be transferred to the hotel. Freshen up relax. Spend rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight will be at the hotel.
Day 06: Jaisalmer
Take yummy breakfast at the hotel. Proceed on full day sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer. Major attractions in Jaisalmer include Golden Fort (Sonar Kila or Jaisalmer Fort), Jain Temples, Patwon-Ki-Haveli, Nathmalji-Ki-Haveli, Salem-Singh-Ki-Haveli, and Jaisalmer Museum and Camel safari to Sam Sand Dunes. Dinner and overnight will be at the hotel.
Day 07: Jaisalmer – Jodhpur
Take your breakfast at the hotel. Drive towards Jodhpur, famed as the Blue City. Jodhpur is a majestic town located on the edge of the Thar Desert in Rajasthan. Upon arrival in Jodhpur, you would be transferred to the hotel. Relax. Later proceed for sightseeing tour of Jodhpur with visits of key attractions like Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada Memorial, Umaid Bhawan Palace, Balsamand Lake & Palace and Mandore Gardens. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 08: Jodhpur – Udaipur
Take your breakfast at the hotel. Then proceed of Udaipur, the White City. Udaipur is a beautiful city in Rajasthan and one of the most romantic cities in India. It is the city of lakes and palaces. There are many crystal clear lovely lakes and fairytale palaces in this city which are tourist delights. Upon arrival in Udaipur, you would be transferred to the hotel. Spend rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight will be at the hotel.
Day 09: Udaipur
After very hearty breakfast at the hotel, now the time is for sightseeing tour in Udaipur, the city of lakes and palaces. Major attractions in Udaipur include City Palace Complex, Lake Pichola, Jagdish Temple, Lake Palace, Jagmandir Palace, Fateh Sagar Lake, Udaipur Solar Observatory, Monsoon Palace, Eklingji Temple, Gulab Bagh, Saheliyon-Ki-Bari, Vintage Car Collection, etc. In the evening enjoy boat cruise on the crystal clear serene water of Lake Pichola. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 10: Udaipur – Ajmer/Pushkar
Have very hearty breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, drive towards the Hindu holy town of Pushkar visiting en route famous Dargah Sharif at Ajmer. On arrival at Pushkar, you would be transferred to the hotel. Relax. Later proceed for sightseeing tour of Pushkar visiting Lord Brahma Temple, Savitri Temple, Gayatri Temple, Pushkar Lake, Ghats, Rose Gardens, etc. Dinner and overnight will be at the hotel.
Day 11: Pushkar – Jaipur
In the morning re-visit the famous temple of Lord Brahma. After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Jaipur, the Pink City of India. Upon arrival in Jaipur, Colorful Rajasthan Tours representative will transfer you to the hotel. Spend rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight will be at the hotel.
Day 12: Jaipur
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed on sightseeing tour of Jaipur, famed as the Pink City and Gem City. Take excursion trip to the magnificent Amber Fort located in the outskirts of the city on a hill. Enjoy elephant ride to ascend the fort complex. The fort complex overlooks the fantastic views of the fabulous pink city Jaipur. Return to Jaipur visiting en route the magnificent Jal Mahal located in the middle of a manmade lake. Explore major attractions of the pink city. Major attractions in Jaipur include City Palace Complex, Govind Devji Temple, Hawa Mahal (the Palace of Winds), Birla Temple (Laxmi Narayan Temple), Jantar Mantar Observatory (a world heritage site), Ramniwas Gardens, Jaipur Zoo, Albert Hall Museum (Central Museum), etc. In the evening explore local bazaars famous for exquisite handicrafts and gems. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 13: Jaipur – Agra
After very hearty breakfast at the hotel, drive towards Agra. Stop en route at Fatehpur Sikri to visit monuments like Buland Darwaza, Panch Mahal, Jodha Bai Palace, Salim Chisti Tomb & Mosque, Birbal Mahal, etc. Upon arrival at Agra in Uttar Pradesh, Colorful Rajasthan Tours representative would transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. Relax. Later proceed on Agra tour with visit of Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Itmad-Ud-Daullah Tomb. The Taj Mahal is one of the Seven Wonders of the World and also a UNESCO world heritage site. It is also famed as the Symbol of Love. It is a white marble love monument built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the loving tribute of his most sweetheart spouse Mumtaz Mahal. Itmad-Ud-Daullah Tomb is a striking marble tribute built by Mughal empress Noor Jahan in the remembrance of her father. Agra Fort is a red sandstone fort complex built by Mughal emperor Akbar. It is also a world heritage site. Also called the Red Fort of Agra, the fort complex houses many beautiful structures.
Day 14: Agra – Delhi – Departure
In the early morning, take a battery van ride to reach at Taj Complex. Visit the magnificent Taj Mahal at sunrise. After breakfast at the hotel, drive back to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, Colorful Rajasthan Tours representative will transfer you to the hotel. Change, wash and relax. Later, finish your last minute shopping. A farewell dinner will be organized at the hotel. Our representative would transfer you New Delhi International Airport as per your flight schedule to board flight back for your home / onward destination with sweet memories of historical tour of Rajasthan, the land of kings & monuments.
