Day 01: Arrival in Delhi
Upon arrival at IGI Airport, New Delhi, you will be met by Colorful Rajasthan Tours representative. After a traditional welcome you will be transferred to the designated hotel. Freshen up and relax. Enjoy welcome dinner and stay overnight at the hotel in cozy beds.
Day 02: Delhi
After hearty breakfast at the hotel, proceed on Delhi tour. Major attractions to visit in Delhi include Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Chandani Chowk, Qutub Minar, India Gate, President House, Parliament House, Old Fort, New Delhi National Zoological Park, Lotus Temple, Birla Temple, etc. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 03: Delhi – Agra
After heart breakfast at the hotel, drive towards Agra visiting en route Akbar’s Tomb at Sikandra. On arrival in Agra, Colorful Rajasthan Tours representative will transfer you to the hotel. Relax. Visit the magnificent Agra Fort built by mughal emperor Akbar. Visit the magnificent Taj Mahal (the Symbol of Love) at sunset. Taj Mahal was built by mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the loving commemoration of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 04: Agra – Gwalior – Agra
Take your breakfast at the hotel. Travel by train to the fort city of Gwalior, known for its spectacular hill top citadel with its Rajput palaces, Hindu temples and a Victorian school. In the evening return back to Agra by train. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the hotel
Day 05: Agra – Fatehpur Sikri – Jaipur
Take your breakfast at the hotel and then drive to Jaipur – the capital of Rajasthan and popularly known as the Pink City visiting en route Fatehpur Sikri – the deserted capital city of the mighty Mughal empire. Buland Darwaza, Panch Mahal, Jodha Bai Palace, Salim Chisti Tomb, etc are attractions at Fatehpur Sikri. Upon arrival in Jaipur, you will be transferred to the hotel by Colorful Rajasthan Tours representative. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 06: Jaipur
In the early morning take excursion to Amber Fort located in the outskirts atop a hill. Enjoy elephant ride to ascend the fort complex. Return to hotel at Jaipur visiting en route Jal Mahal. After breakfast proceed on Jaipur city tour with visits of Jantar Mantar Observatory, City Palace, Hawa Mahal, Albert Hall Museum and Birla Temple. Enjoy shopping at local bazaars in the evening. Dinner and overnight will be at the hotel.
Day 07: Jaipur – Samode
Enjoy hearty breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast drive to Samode – a separate ruling dynasty for overnight stay at a palace. Enjoy a royal gala evening with dinner, fireworks, and royal welcome, organized at Samode Palace.
Day 08: Samode – Mandawa
Take your breakfast at the hotel drive to Mandawa – famed for its painted murals, and stunning Havelis of rich merchants adorned with elaborate frescoes. Upon arrival you will be transferred to the hotel. Explore painted & frescoed havelis. In the evening meeting with the ex-ruler of Mandawa will be organized. Enjoy architectural beauty of the Fort Mandawa Castle. Dinner and overnight will be at the hotel.
Day 09: Mandawa – Bikaner
After hearty breakfast at the hotel, drive to Bikaner – the 15th century royal walled city and popularly known as camel city. Upon arrival in Bikaner you will be transferred to the hotel. Freshen up and relax. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 10: Bikaner – Nagaur – Khimsar
Take your breakfast at the hotel. Visit the magnificent Junagarh Fort and explore Fort Museum. At the fort museum you will see the valuable collection of ancient manuscripts, miniature paintings, beautiful jewelry, etc. Also visit the Lalgarh Palace. Later, drive to Khimsar en route visiting Nagaur. Upon arrival at Khimsar, you will be transferred to the hotel. Freshen up and relax. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 11: Khimsar - Jodhpur
Take your breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast drive to Jodhpur – a vibrant trade town that stands on a range of Sandstone hills and popularly known as the Sun City because it enjoys sunny weather all around the year. Jodhpur is also called the Blue City because of many blue houses around the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort. Upon arrival in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, you will be transferred to the hotel. In the evening a meeting with the Maharaja of Jodhpur or a member of the royal family will be organized. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 12: Jodhpur
Take your breakfast at the hotel. Proceed on Jodhpur tour. Sightseeing tour in Jodhpur includes visits of Mehrangarh Fort, Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jaswant Thada Memorial, Balsamand Lake & Palace and Mandore Gardens. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 13: Jodhpur – Ranakpur – Udaipur
Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel and then drive to Udaipur – Venice of the East visiting en route architecturally beautiful Jain Temples at Ranakpur. Upon arrival in the City of Lakes – Udaipur, you will be transferred to the hotel. Change, wash and relax. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 14: Udaipur
Take a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast proceed on Udaipur city tour. Udaipur is a beautiful town and considered as one of the most romantic cities in India. It is the city of lakes and palaces. Major attractions in Udaipur include City Palace Complex, Jagmandir Palace, Lake Palace, Lake Pichola, Fateh Sagar Lake, Udaipur Solar Observatory, Jagdish Temple, Eklingji Temple, Gulab Bagh, Folklore Museum, Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandal, Vintage Car Collections, Monsoon Palace, Saheliyon-Ki-Bari, etc. Enjoy boat cruise on Lake Pichola in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 15: Udaipur – Delhi/Mumbai
In time you will be transferred to Udaipur Airport to board flight to Delhi or Mumbai to catch connecting flight for your onward destination. Maharaja Tour of Rajasthan ends.
